營養家常🥜花生燜豬腳🥜Braised Pork Knuckles with Peanuts 🍲好吃不膩!

營養豐富,軟糯的口感越吃越上頭,還可以把醬汁澆在米飯上~

💫食材:豬腳半斤、花生100g,薑片,醬油,老抽,黃豆醬,白糖
💫Ingredients: half a catty of pig's feet, 100g of peanuts, sliced ginger, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar

✨做法:
1、豬腳冷水下鍋,加薑片焯水,再用清水沖掉浮沫;
2、豬腳放入煲內,加2匙醬油,1匙老抽,半匙糖,2匙黃豆醬(不需要另外放鹽);
3、加入沒過豬腳的清水,攪拌均勻,大火煮沸;
4、加入花生繼續煮,換中火煮40分鐘左右;
PS:快幹的時候加點清水
